THIS IS HOW TO MAKE THE BEST PEANUT BLOSSOMS COOKIES YOUVE EVER TASTE FROM SCRATCH :
Step 1:
In a mixing tub, I creamed together the softened butter with the peanut butter and both sugars.
Step 2:
Then I added in the vanilla extract, and the eggs one by one, beating thoroughly during every addition.
Step 3:
After that, in a separate dish, I combined the flour with baking soda and salt, and I added to the mixture in the mixing bowl and stir until it is well mixed.
Step 4:
And I rolled the dough into 1-inch balls and I put them on a non-stick baking mat, and I place them in the refrigerator for around 30 minutes.
Step 5:
At this point, I removed the cookies from the refrigerator and I baked the cookies at 375 degrees for around 8 to 10 minutes maximum.
Note:
Don’t over-bake them; they shouldn’t be browned at all.
Step 6:
When the cookies were cool enough to handle, I press the kisses into the middle of each cookie, and I cooled them on the pan for about 3 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool fully.
Step 7:
Finally, I placed the cookies in an airtight jar to conserve their crispness!!
The cookies are absolutely delicious!!
Enjoy!
