This beautiful cake recipe is a 100-year-old treasure, super moist, and so sweet.
TO MAKE IT YOU’LL NEED:
2 cups all-purpose flour.
1 cup whole milk.
half cup softened butter.
1 1/4 cup sugar.
2 large eggs.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 tsp salt.
1 tbsp baking powder.
INSTRUCTIONS :
STEP 1:
I preheated the oven to§ 350 degrees F, and I greased two baking pans using cooking spray.
STEP 2:
I combined flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl, then I added butter, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
STEP 3:
I beat with a hand mixer for 3 minutes, then I added eggs and beat for 2 minutes more.
STEP 4:
I poured the batter into prepared pans and baked for 30 minutes.
STEP 5:
I removed it from the oven, and let the pans cool for 10 minutes.
STEP 6:
For the topping, I used my favorite chocolate frosting
