  • Ingredients

8 people
° 110 grams butter
° pinch of salt or fine salt
° 1 egg yolk
° 3 cl of water
° 50gm ground almonds
° 2 cl of amaretto
° 200 g flour

  • Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients, put in the butter, then pour the dough.

Then add the egg to dissolve in the amaretto and water and form a ball of soft dough without running it too much.

Roll out the dough and bake it at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes (the bread depends on the thickness and the oven to be monitored).
