Ingredients :
°2 eggs
°50 ml of milk
°powdered sugar
°20 slices of sandwich bread (without crust)
°jam, spread, fruit …
Methods :
Beating 2 eggs in an omelet, adding milk. Take a slice of white bread,
lightly spread half of the slice with jam, or spread. Add fruit if necessary.
Roll the slice tightly.
Dip the roll in the egg/milk mixture and turn the roll so that all sides are
covered with liquid. Heat a little butter in a pan and brown the rolls, turning
them over to brown them on all sides.
Quickly pass the rolls in the sugar one by one.
