Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 can Evaporate milk
1 can Sweeten Condensed Milk
1 original Cream cheese
1/2 cup Brown sugar
3 tbs vanilla extract
1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
Directions:
Heat over 425 degrees. Mix very well your eggs, kinds of milk, vanilla, and cream cheese. Prep oven dish with cooking spray very well. Melt your in a small pan over medium heat your sugar till completely melted.
Pour sugar into sprayed pan. Pour your mixture into the pan as well. Put the oven dish in the oven and cook a BAÑO MARIA for 30 minutes. Make your strawberry cake mix according to box instructions. When 30 min pass. Take the flan out and pour the cake mix carefully and even over the flan.
Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven a baño maria. Now LOWER the oven according to cake instructions to 350 degrees. Cook for 1 hour.
Take out and MUST LET COOL before flipping and decorating if desired.
