HOW TO MAKE CHEESECAKE-BITES
These little cheesecake bites are incredibly creamy, delectable, and irresistibly cute all at the same time. In fact, you don’t have to prepare a full-sized cheesecake in order to receive delights in bite-sized portions. They have a luxurious and velvety texture. Prepared with a crust made of vanilla wafers, cream cheese, and any topping of your choosing! I used cherry pie filling, but I tried them recently with many other flavors and they all turned out amazingly delicious!!!
These charming little delights are baked in mini-muffin tins so they can be eaten in one bite. It is ideal for celebrations, get-togethers, and any other occasion in which you may want a simple, quick dessert that everyone will like. And there’s a wide range of flavors you may use to make them.
THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
Vanilla wafers; I used a 12-ounces Pkg.
2 blocks.Of cream cheese; 8-ounces each.
3/4 Cup.Of granulated white sugar
2 large beaten eggs.
1 small spoon.Of vanilla extract.
Cherry pie filling; you’ll need a 21-ounces can.
FOR THE PREPARATION, YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THESE STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS:
First Step:
Set the temperature in the oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C). Prepare tiny muffin tins by covering them with paper liners.
Second Step:
Crush the vanilla wafers to a fine powder. You may simplify and speed up this procedure by making use of a food processor. After that, fill each paper cup with a half teaspoon’s worth of the smashed vanilla wafers.
Third Step:
Beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is frothy and light. Put a spoonful of this batter into each of the liners for the mini muffins. preserving just a trace of breathing room at the very top.
