HOW TO MAKE FRIED DONUTS
Many people who cook at home don’t want to make their own donuts because it’s so much work. When making yeast donuts, there is a significant amount of kneading and resting required, and let’s be honest here: when you need donuts, no one likes to wait for many hours! These homemade fried donuts are a breeze to prepare, and they are well worth the effort since they are so tasty.
Donuts baked with instant yeast rise quickly and are fluffy and light. In this recipe, all of the components are combined in a single bowl, which means fewer dirty pots and pans! The dough is then shaped into donuts, which are then cooked till golden and coated in sugar. They are really tasty, airy, and tender… wonderful!
You may also make these Homemade Fried Donuts in the Airfryer if you have one. To do this, just lay a piece of parchment paper down at the bottom of the air fryer basket. Cook the plated doughnuts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) for approximately 7 to 8 minutes, or until they have a golden outside and have swelled up. Take them out of the basket and let them drain on some paper.

400 grams.Of all-purpose flour – sifted.
40 grams.Of softened butter.
2 large spoons.Of granulated sugar.
1½ small spoons.Of yeast.
½ small spoon.Of salt.
A large beaten egg.
Canola oil; enough for frying.
Granulated sugar for sprinkling.
PREPARATION METHOD:
First Step
Combine the milk, 2 tbsp of granulated sugar, yeast, salt, a beaten egg, flour, and butter all together in a large mixing bowl.
Second Step
To thoroughly combine all of the components and knead the dough, you should make use of your hands. Cover the bowl, move it to a warm location, and let it rise for approximately half an hour.
Third Step
Take the dough out of the bowl, smooth it out a little bit, and then divide it up into 12 equal halves. Make spherical balls of dough by rolling them with your hands.
Fourth Step
Make the ball into a form similar to a long, thin sausage by rolling it out. Bring the two ends together and fold them over. Keep folding until you have a donut that is plaited. Cover and let it sit for approximately thirty minutes before serving.
Fifth Step
Over medium heat, bring a cast-iron skillet and a sufficient amount of oil for shallow frying to a boil. Fry the doughnuts until they are golden in color. Fry the donuts on the opposite side till golden brown all the way through and until they are done.
Sixth Step
Sprinkle with granulated sugar, and if desired you can prepare a glaze to decorate them.
