°1 teaspoon cornstarch
°1/2 cup low-sodium beef or chicken broth
°2 teaspoons olive oil
°1 small onion cut into cubes
°Small green pepper cut into cubes
°1 pound lean ground beef
°2 teaspoons of ketchup
°2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
°2 teaspoons taco season
°1/4 teaspoon salt
°1/4 teaspoon black pepper
°1 1/3 cups sharp white cheddar or monterey jack cheese
°6 hamburger buns

Step 1:
Preheated broiler chicken.
In a bowl, also whisk together the cornstarch and broth. Sit farther away.
Snake oil in an unbreakable skillet on the stove. Add onions and peppers and stir for 3 minutes, until tender.
Step 2:
Add the meat, cook for another 3 minutes, chop and brown. Skim off fat, add tomato sauce, Worcestershire, taco seasoning, salt and pepper, quickly add stock and cornstarch, add to saucepan, and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens.
Step 3:
Spread some of the batter on the muffins, sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese, then pour it under a metal rack until it melts (be careful, don’t burn anything!) Serve hot with french fries.
