Do you like this crunchy fish dipped in batter? Crispy on the outside, with the fish cooked to perfection on the inside, this fish is hard to resist.
Growing up this was my favorite restaurant.I take into account the day Long John Silver first opened in Pueblo, Colorado. My family got into the car, and soon we were eating this fish.
This mixture is very close to the fish and chips served abroad. What makes this recipe unique, though, is that the fish is crispy, but not seasoned with a beer batter. Soda is the main ingredient that makes this mixture so special.
*ingredients:
°3/4 c flour
°2 tsp of cornstarch
°1/4 tsp of baking soda
°1/4 tsp baking powder
°1/4 tsp salt
°3/4 c of water
*How to make :
Sift the dry ingredients.
Add water and mix well.
Use to wrap fish or chicken fillets.
Cover the fish totally.
Fry to it becomes nice golden brown colour.
