ingredients
1 lb (453 g) beef flank steak, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper cut into cubes
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp seasoned salt (divided)
1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tsp cayenne pepper
16 slice of provolone cheese
4 vegetable oil tortillas
*How to make:
Sprinkling the beef with 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, steak seasoning and 1/2 cup cayenne pepper. Heat a little oil in a saucepan and heat it over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks. Remove from fire. Adding little oil, then adding onions and peppers. Adding rest salt and hot pepper. Vegetables are fried until soft, stirring constantly. To assemble the Quesadilla: Spray a skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Roll out the tortilla and adding 4 slices of cheese. Adding meat on one side and the vegetables on the other.
