HOW TO MAKE GARLIC CHICKEN STIR FRY

One red bell pepper – sliced.

One yellow bell pepper – sliced.

One small broccoli head, – cut into florets.

1 medium carrot, thinly sliced.

1/2 Cup.Of snow peas, ends trimmed.

1/2 Cup.Of sliced mushrooms.

Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

PREPARATION:

1st Step

Combine chicken slices, minced garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper in a basin. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 to 20 minutes so the flavors can combine.

2nd Step

Whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper in a separate basin. Reserve the stir fry marinade for later use.
