What is the fruit dip made of?

There are just three ingredients! Vanilla yogurt (I love Stony Field), cold whipped cream and instant pudding mix. The immediate part is important because the fruits to be dipped are never ripe.

Many fruit dips contain cream cheese. But this is not the case ! We like a lighter dip.

Does fruit dip need to be refrigerated?

Yes! You need to refrigerate the fruit dip because of the yogurt and cold whipping. It’s good to prepare it for the party. Just put it in the fridge before and after the party!

Can you make the fruit dip recipe ahead of time?

Yes! In fact, I always make the dip the night before as it gives the pudding time to melt into the milk and cool down.

*ingredients:

1 container (32 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 container (8 oz) of Lite Cool Whip

1 pack (3.4 ounces) dried instant vanilla powder mix

fruit to serving

*Directions :

In  bowl, stir together vanilla yogurt, cold whip and pudding mix until just combined and no lumps. The mixture will be a little stringy at first because the pudding hasn’t had a chance to dissolve in the yogurt mixture yet.

Cover with plastic wrap and let cool for 30 minutes. Serve it with the fruit of your choice also Enjoy !

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
