This particular recipe is one of my favourites. It’s very simply to make, & always delicious. The best part is that it’s really moist and the pineapple flavor really shines through.
There’s only something about this moist pineapple cookie recipe that making your mouth water. You can smell sweet and juicy fruit in oven, & it makes you want to take a bite.
If you love cake and if you love pineapple, you will love this pineapple cake! This cake has quickly become a family favorite, and every time I make it I am always asked for the recipe. It is really very good. Moist and delicious pineapple taste.
*ingredients:
+For cake:
°1 can unpeeled pineapple
°1 tsp all-purpose flour
°1 degree Celsius of sugar
°2 large eggs
°2 teaspoons baking soda
+decorate
°8 oz. Soft cream cheese
°1 piece of soft butter
°2 tsp powdered sugar
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°2 tablespoons of milk
*Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cake ingredients until well combined.
Pour mix to a well-greased 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, to golden brown & cook through.
Letting cake cool for 15 min.
Mix frosting ingredients together until smooth & creamy.
Spreading frosting over warm cake & let cool before serve.
