THE BEST Banana Pudding
THE BEST Banana Pudding you will ever taste! This timeless no-bake dessert is always a hit with friends and family and it’s so delicious! Made with layers of fresh bananas, Nilla waffles, fresh whipped cream and banana pudding!
INGREDIENTS
6-7 medium bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 packet of Nilla Wafers or Chessman biscuits can also be used
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup
caster sugar • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
220 g soft cream cheese
45 g sweetened condensed milk
100 g instant banana cream
3.4 ounces
Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix or
French Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
WHIPPING CREAM DIRECTIONS
Place heavy cream in bowl of food processor or large bowl and beat on medium speed for a minute or two, until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Put aside.
PUDDIN MIX
Place the cream cheese in a food processor or large bowl and mix until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well combined.
Add the pudding mixtures and milk and beat for 4 to 5 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add two-thirds of the whipping cream.
ASSEMBLY
Line a 9×13 pan with a layer of Nilla waffles. Place half of the banana slices on top.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and top with another layer of Nilla waffles.
Another layer of banana slices, the rest of the custard mixture, then cover with the remaining whipped cream.
4Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from the fridge and decorate as you like. Nilla mini waffles, banana slices or waffle sprinkles are great ideas! Serve immediately.
