Ingredients:
1 can (5.5 oz) Idahoan®
Steakhouse Cheese Hashbrown
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup bacon, sliced
1 small onion, diced
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, Chopped
PREPARATION:
Preheat
oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare Idahoan Steakhouse Cheese Hashbrowns according to package directions, substituting 1/2 cup buttermilk for 1/2 cup milk. In a medium skillet, sauté bacon and onions until bacon is crisp. Drain and let cool slightly.Mix eggs, Swiss cheese and bacon and onion mixture. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Scatter the crispy onion nuggets over the potatoes. Leave to rest for 5 minutes and serve.
