crockpot ranch pork chops and potatoes
This is a great crockpot recipe and my family always loves it. I know I’ve burned them in some dishes in the past and worked hard to change them up, but this recipe isn’t one of those burnt heaps.
INGREDIENTS:
°3 pounds red potatoes – quartered
°6 (3/4 inch) boneless (or bone-in if available) pork chops
°1/2 cup olive oil
°2 c. Dry Ranch Dressing
°2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
°2 tsp. Butter, Diced
PREPARATION: Heat
- pork chops in an oiled skillet over medium/high heat. (optional) Combine
- oil, ranch and apple cider vinegar.
- potato wedges & Ham in a slow cooker.Pour the ranch mixture on top and stir to evenly coat the potatoes.
- Put the butter cubes on top.
- Cook over high heat for 3 hours. Low, 5-6 hours Salt/pepper to taste.
