THE INGREDIENTS LIST:
– 4 Cups.Of fresh corn kernels (approximately 5-6 ears of corn).
– 3 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter.
– 2 Tbsp.Of honey.
– 1/2 Tsp.Of salt (adjust to taste).
– 1/4 Tsp.Of black pepper (optional).
– 2 Tbsp.Of fresh chopped parsley or cilantro (for garnish).
PREPARATION:
1st Step
Remove the silks from the new corn and husk it. Cut the corn kernels off the cobs using a sharp knife. Put the kernels in a basin and save them.
