fried wing flats drizzled with honey lemon pepper

INGREDIENTS:

° 6 bone-in  thighs, skin  (about 5-6 ounces each)

° 2 tablespoons  olive oil

° 2-3 tsp chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning

° salt/pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Preheat grill 425 degrees F. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and place a  rack on top.

Wipe the skin of the chicken  with a paper towel to remove moisture.

Place the chicken in the olive oil and season with the herbs, salt and pepper.

Place on broiler and cook 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees F.

Broil 2-3 minutes.
