MINI CHICKEN PATTIES

These mini chicken patties are incredibly easy. Seriously… they only have 6 ingredients! And you can

make them in about 30 minutes from start to finish. Serve them with a small side salad and you have a

quick and easy weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

14 ounces creamy broth

1/4 cup chicken broth

3 packages croissants (seams should be sealed)

9 ounces frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

1 cup chicken, chopped

How to make mini chicken patties

1 .Preheat the oven to 400*

2. Spray the muffin tins with non-stick spray

3. Fold the dough into croissants and knead

4. Cut 12 discs out of the dough using the cutter

5. Squeeze out the muffin tins, including the edges

6 .In a large bowl, combine the soup, defrosted vegetables, and ground chicken

7. Fill each muffin liner with the filling, taking care not to overfill

8. Use a pizza cutter to cut strips of dough and place the liners on top of the muffins

9. Pour into muffin liners. Bake in oven and bake until lightly browned on top and sides, about 18

minutes.
