Choco-Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS :

1 ½ cups of whole wheat flour

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon of salt

½ cup of Greek vanilla yogurt

½ cup of honey

1 egg

1 teaspoon of vanilla

½ cup of milk

1 cup ripe banana puree (about 2 large bananas)

1 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation :

STEP 1 :

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix the flour, chocolate, leaven, and salt.

STEP 2 :

In a second bowl, whisk the yogurt, honey, egg, and vanilla.

STEP 3 :

Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the yogurt mixture and blend well whenever.
Stir in banana purée and chocolate chips. Stir.

STEP 4 :

Spread dough evenly during a prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes.
