INGREDIENTS :
200 gr of dark or milk chocolate
100 gr of butter
75 gr of flour
4 eggs
1 sachet of baking powder
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
50 gr of ground almonds
how to prepare :
STEP 1
Melt butter and chocolate
separately
STEP 2 :
Separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 3 :
Incorporate two chocolate yolks, turning briskly so that they do not cook.
STEP 4 :
Mix the butter, the flour, the yeast, and the vanilla sugar and divide the dough into two salad bowls.
STEP 5 :
In one add the chocolate dough, in the other add an egg yolk and the ground almonds.
STEP 6 :
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently incorporate them into the two pasta.
STEP 7 :
Pour the pasta into an oiled pan, alternating layers.
STEP 8 :
Pour a little water in the bottom of the basic casserole dish then place the mold there.
Close the casserole dish.
